Hmm, a play on the Spanish word “toro” meaning bull, and the Japanese word “tora” meaning tiger. Add to the mix the a torador stance with the Stars & Stripes as the baiting cape, Chinese dragon with Tiger Stripes…and if I recall a ’70s movie “Tora, tora, tora!”, a code word to initiate the attack on Pearl Harbour? I can stand to be corrected.
A lot in one cartoon. Pretty good image and gets the message across effectively. The Japanese apparently can challenge Chinese jurisdiction over Senkaku/Diaoyu islands because of its American ally, who has been drawn into the fray.

^So nice to hear from the “peanut gallery” that hasn’t a clue what they’re talking about.
