My son wanted to move his weight bench to his bed room upstairs. I insisted he leave it in the basement, on the concrete slab.
My wife and I were in the kitchen (on the other side of my son’s bedroom wall) when we heard a loud bang followed by “I’m OK!” My first thought was “What about the house?” He practicing his discus “form” and lost it on the backswing, embedding the discus in the wall.
Then there was the time my wife turned into hall and had to duck under him as he was chimney walking up the walls.
And the time we saw him fly feet first into the closet door at the end of the hall putting a hole in said door. He was chasing the dog. The dog stopped; he didn’t and did a flip over the dog.
He now has active children of his own. Payback is a female dog.
