I’m with you, Clark. Or even just go out and watch a baseball game (or whatever your favorite sport is). Get out, get some air and get involved in real life for a change.
We had to have all the electronic toys and use them before we could even begin to realize what some of the drawbacks are: such as lack of genuine contact and of physical activity. Being warned ahead of time was no good. Historically we don’t listen to warnings- not when they concern progress. It must all be for the good, right?
Gotta love Roy’s mom for not nagging him about playing games.…Not everyone was built to be a jock, but it is a good idea to get some fresh air on occasion, Roy.
I find it silly that people who spend their entire evening, and most of their weekend in front of a TV, and can tell me everything I didn’t care to know about every show, tell me I need to get out more, get some fresh air and interact with people more.
I play both Alliance and Horde myself..…and yeah, there are bullies on both sides. There are also good people on both sides too though..One of my favorite experiences was when my Alliance Hunter was trying to tame a spectral porcupine in Kun-Lai Summit… and there was a horde hunter there doing the same thing. We both kept wiping, and would take turns trying for the tame. The Horde hunter managed to tame it first, then helped my hunter get it afterwards. Good times.
I’m 50 years old and live in Maine. It’s currently 31 degrees, the temp is falling and it’s dark outside. Add to that that I despise team sports in pretty much all forms. WoW strikes me as being much more fun.
I find it really interesting that people reply to a comic as if it is real life. Telling Roy what to do, and discussing what their kids would be like and such.
Doesn’t anyone come here just to read on over the top poke at the funny things we/people do? :-)

I unfortunately can’t comment on this. I’ve never played the game.

I’m slightly glad that I don’t have the slightest idea what this means.

@johnzakour. Not to be plugging the competition, but have you seen the Retail strip this morning? Thought of you when I saw it.

I have about a dozen characters on WoW but only 1 of them is Horde. (They’re all female though.)

Why am I suddenly remembering the recent “South Park” episode “A Song of A— and Fire” where the kids took sides over Xboxes and PS4s?
