Somewhat timely.

Yep the long arm of the law doesn’t extend far enough to reach rapists who are potential Heisman candidates or big box office draws. But pity the kid who gets caught in flagrante delicto with a willing partner, by the town cops !

Yep, paid for with your tax dollars as well. If they would educate these “student atheletes” then maybe they wouldn’t act like troglodytes when off the playing field…

Many of these “student-athletes” would never make it past the entrance exam if they actually had to take one. Then again, when more than 80,000 people are willing to spend big money to watch these guys every Saturday, this isn’t all on the athletes. I doubt you get much of these kinds of situations at DIII or NAIA programs, where even the star quarterback is expected to show up in class on time Monday morning.
