Let’s see, he didn’t say “Mission Accomplished”, he didn’t get us into two useless wars and spend a couple of trillion dollars while cutting taxes, didn’t cause a recession with runaway capitalism, and he is trying to do something about medical costs which are increasing at twice the rate of inflation.

    - The 2011 US military intervention in Libya cost $1 billion. – The Iraq War cost $1.3 trillion, 1,300 times as much. – The intervention in Libya had zero US combat fatalities. – The Iraq War had 3,527 US personnel killed in combat, another 961 killed in theater; ~30,000+ wounded. – Intervention in Libya was a decisive NATO victory, resulting in the elimination of Moammar Gaddafi, dictator and terrorist sponsor, whose removal was unachieved by Reagan, Bush I, Clinton, or Bush 2. – Meanwhile, Iraq today is Shi’ite dictatorship, tormented by continuous sectarian violence. Borderline ‘failed state’. Iranian ally. Sells its oil principally to China.

Obama is no more dishonest than any other politican who adjusts the information in campaign ads and interviews to try and spoon feed voters what he thinks they want to hear.

Remember the Little Big Horn!!!! In two ways, just as relevant. 1. Custer, like “W”, was an arrogant idiot who led his troops into disaster based on “bad intelligence”, and his apologists have created him a hero, when he was an idiot! 2. A review of State Dept. “security” in many places around the world, long underfunded, and often “insecure”, has been so for DECADES, under BOTH parties in the Executive, because CONGRESS hasn’t properly funded NON-DEFENSE spending!

It should be noted in Benghazi, the “security force” WAS CONTRACTORS!! Hmm, what party favors contracting over “in house” staffing, in MANY departments of government. What has INCREASED the cost of government most? Hint: contracting!

Chris Stevens himself made the final decisions that cost him his life. There was ONE other fatality at that location, and then came two contractor fatalities at the CIA outpost later.

Oh, my, dittoheads hate comparisons to their moron, but Benghazi did NOT kill 4,000 American troops, and hundreds of thousands of civilian deaths. And it was all really about Saddam putting out a contract on "W"’s daddy. Attacks and invasion planned long before he and Cheney took office, in following Rumsfeld’s plan, were a much bigger screwup, and anyone who tried, and many did, to point out the fallacies, was called “traitor” by the Administration, and in the media. Millions protested around the world before the invasion, and they were ignored in the drumbeat for war.

Obama has apologized for his misdirection that affected under 5% of potential applicants for Obamacare, and has said, “let’s fix it”. Where’s "W"’s apology, and follow up to “fix” the thousands of damaged and disabled HE created?

You Americans spend 80% more as a share of GDP on your medical industry and rank 40th in the world for average life expectancy and 33rd for infant mortality, about the same as Slovenia. If you had a system like Canada’s and covered everyone for 10.5 percent of GDP you would not have a deficit.

“…gas found in the Tigris and Euphrates rivers…plants around Bagdad…chemical weapons…mobile chemical weapons labs …yellow cake urainium…leftwing news…don’t report this…”Dear God. You’re still trying to make up WMD stories? 10 years later?Maybe you should listen to these people:“Bush admits there were no weapons of mass destructions in Iraq and that Iraq had no ties with Al Qaida.”This one’s interesting. Rumsfeld denies even having claimed that Iraq had WMD.“Rumsfeld denies making claims Iraq had WMDs”You’re on your own out there, Denis.

ansonia: If it’s a hoax and Obama has nothing to hide, why is he preventing Benghazi survivors from testifying?

Where do you people hear this drivel? Is it fox “news?” Who actually said that he’s preventing them from testifying? There’s no there there, as much as you want there to be.

Did you have these same concerns when bush invaded Iraq? I’ll bet not.

There’s so many real problems to deal with, and you people continue to be obsessed with non-issues.

Really, folks…If you seriously can’t take it, just say so, and I’ll leave you alone to your own delusions. Don’t just delete my comments. That’s so conservative of you. This isn’t fox “news,” or is it?
