Hmm, interesting this comes from Japan, considering “the rape of Nanking”, and other atrocities of the Empire. Which, even the most "conservative and "helpful"" empires, are no better.
Sweeping something under their red carpet. Pollution? Or the debris from the bomb explosions set off in Taiyuan, Shanxi province; but not by terrorists, perhaps by disgruntled folk? The long predicted social unrest China feared once their citizens began to prosper but leaving many behind?
Maybe it has to do with China’s paltry assistance to the Philipines after last week’s hurricane? One of the reasons they didn’t send much help was purportedly due to old antipathies with Japan’s relationship with the Philippines.
