If they want it enough to repair then you must be doing something right, so stop doing that. – management.
I had a “hard drive failure” report, so I replaced it…..I fitted it into an external casing and tested it….nothing wrong with it.
My dad had the same problem with a virus recently. Unfortunately, we couldn’t salvage his files. :(
