C’mon! Wouldn’t you rather see a hot girl’s/guy’s buns? Who cares what their tortillas looks like!

Drudge is an “aggregate” site, and the best out there. He links to articles/websites both left and right. It’s the fact that he includes “the right” that bugs you. Go watch Chris Matthews. Please show me where Drudge put up anything complimentary of the left. He links to some cultural stuff, especially sensational/weird news. His political links are almost all hard right.

parker misses Sr.Bullwinkle and Mr.Humphries: Tex-Mex includes not only Texas and New Mexico, but also the four bordering states in Mexico. Just as Mexicali includes not just California and Arizona, but Baja and Sonora. Most of what we call “Chinese” dishes were invented in San Francisco by Cantonese immigrants. So chili con carne was invented in the 1870s in San Antonio and enchiladas from 1880s Albuquerque. Farther south in Mexico, you get sea food dishes near the coast and French and German influences inland, but the desert north will recognize Tex-Mex and Mexicali with no difficulty.

As I used to say to my sister when we lived in San Antonio, "Refried beans? I didn’t like them the first time!’
