I was just reading recently how the US Chamber of Commerce and large businesses are getting actively involved with financing primary races for “moderate” Republicans instead of supporting whomever wins afterwards. Specifically supporting anyone not a TEA party candidate. As much as I enjoy the Republican infighting, eventually we’ve got to get back to what’s best for the US with reasoned debate between parties that understand that “…my way or the highway…” is NOT how democracy works.
The tea party enjoys gnawing on the bones of their own legs, and all the way down to the marrow, that being the poor amongst us. To some Republicans, that is the most tasty part, albeit to the detriment of the republic and its ability to stand.
