I thought W was bad with his legalese justifying the use of torture to extract information from prisoners and his use of Kangaroo courts.
Now I see O is just as bad with his Kangaroo FISA courts and his justification for snooping into people’s private works.
Both of these atrocities need to be taken to the Supreme court but the current court members are too conservative to recognize when our freedoms have been eroded.
Read “Top Secret America”, by Dana Priest, and get a look at what’s been going on for a long time, especially regarding “privatization” of security information mining… Then consider the “Patriot Act” pushed in a panic after 9/11 with a lot less regard for the reading of it than the PPACA.
