Dems will be the ones dressed as devils as more and more people find out they were lied to about BarryCare………………..

“This week the reality of the ObamaCare roll-out appeared in a set of news stories that serve as an ironic juxtaposition. Over 500,000 individuals have seen their insurance policies cancelled in just 3 states. In all 50 states, only 476,000 applications have been “filed” in an exchange. (Even though we are still learning the true definition of “filed.”)

Florida Blue, for example, is terminating about 300,000 policies, about 80 percent of its individual policies in the state. Kaiser Permanente in California has sent notices to 160,000 people – about half of its individual business in the state. Insurer Highmark in Pittsburgh is dropping about 20 percent of its individual market customers, while Independence Blue Cross, the major insurer in Philadelphia, is dropping about 45 percent."

“Over 500,000 individuals have seen their insurance policies cancelled…” Good! Remove the burden of providing health insurance from employers. There is a better approach.

The cartoon unfortunately is accurate. Democrats don’t need to “compromise” because the majority of the press will side with them, no matter what. Harry Reid should have been burned at the stake for that “why would we want to do that?” remark (relating to cancer treatments for children) yet the media gave him a pass and this makes Democrats rightfully arrogant.

Should have had the boy answer, “We’re Congressmen.” While the Republicans are having their problems, the Dems have had their own, less volatile, infighting with the “Blue Dog Dems” who voted with Republicans. Both parties are mindlessly pursuing their own hungers. Money, power, and secure futures as lobbyists, consultants, or perhaps headliners on a news program. It is equally appropriate that they are going door to door taking from people without giving anything of value in return and acting like children if they don’t get what they want.“Trick or Treat” is a statement of extortion. Give us a treat, or we’ll give you a trick. Busted pumpkins, lawns covered in toilet paper. It is way past time the self serving members of our political parties, and their extreme wings quit taking high salaries and extravagant "retirement benefits’ and start working with each other to find solutions without resorting to divisive tactics and inflammatory language. They have “Treated” themselves at our expense and still “Tricked” their electorate with promises of jobs and responsible governing that vanished after they won their elections.Respectfully,C.

Agreed, Mr. Snare. On Halloween, my wife, dog, and I will be sitting around the portable fire pit in the front yard visiting with the neighbors and their children as well as the folks who come from other neighborhoods that lack the sidewalks, and/or safety, of our neighborhood. Halloween is for kids to enjoy directly, for parents to enjoy vicariously and through memory, and for dentists to enjoy financially. :DHappy Samhain, Adrian. Be safe.Respectfully,C.

Cash for clunkers got our old falling apart pickup off the road, and us into a new fuel efficient car perfect for our needs. Your post is another in a long line of Obama-hating posts. Until we realize we have an addiction to oil, which pollutes our aIr ground and water, and ACTIVELY work to find better solutions, we will continue on our downhill slide toward oblivion.
