It’s constitutional LAW that the National Debt be paid its interest, which is about 18 billion a month. Even in the gov’t shutdown, they’re still collecting taxes to the tune of about 200 billion a month. More than enough to NOT default and obey the law to pay our bills.Tom Troll just hoping to keep the low information people ignorant.

So funny that Tommy Trolls doesn’t put his hero, Barry The King of Excuses, on the bill.

It seems that Republicans/Fox “news” viewers well known hatred of Obama has expanded to include the country that elected him twice.-How else could one explain Republican actions for the last five years?

Notice it’s Confederate money, signed by Jefferson Davis. This is accurate, given the Republican Party is now run by the idealogical descendants of those who tried to destroy this nation 150 years ago to keep people like our current President in slavery!

Ummm, since the government is shut down, the IRS does not have the employees to collect taxes, fines, judgments, etc. So the money is NOT coming in. You still have to pay, but there is no one to follow up until later.

i’m wondering if any gop lawmaker actually filed a lawsuit on the constitutionality of the debt limit law. also, debt ceiling is not a credit card. it does not limit deficits.

So if we hid the ceiling, we’ll have to immediately cut over 800 billion from the budget. Where will that come from? Oh, that’s right – from the poor!

Well, we do know what will happen if the government does default. Obama will choose the worst options to hurt the most people in a play for political advantage for himself. To hell with the rest of us….
