..except it isn’t Obama that is closing down the govrnment…that would be the House not paying ‘its’ bills…say what you want,from a legal term it is congress not voting that is shutting out the vets(and everyone else)..legally,Obama doesn’t have the power to over ride congress or we wouldn’t be in this mess..so don’t blame him:blame the Tea-Party .
