The GOP is all about “Job Creation”: which is why, in order to deprive millions of people of health insurance, they just deprived 1,800,000 people of their paychecks. If you are going use the clubhouse and enjoy the benefits of club membership, you have to pay dues; and while you can certainly complain about the way dues are structured in the club, or how the club spends its money, you’re going to have to pay those dues until, following the rules, you can get the club to change. Smashing the club house furniture until the rest of the club gives in to your demands is not a civilized way to operate. You really ought to be expelled for that. If you hate the way the club operates that much, maybe you ought to quit.
After an exhaustive and impartial assessment of the relative merits of the. competing comments on this excellent cartoon I declare the Democrats the winner. The rwnj’s have completely missed the point, by virtue of either willful blindness or illiterate ignorance. Good job progressives! Oh, btw, the stupidest comment award, so far, goes to conservGov. Thanks for sharing your brilliance.
the Senate voted twice Monday to reject House efforts to delay the individual mandate and repeal a 2.3% tax on medical devices enacted to help pay for the law. The House’s proposal also would eliminate a proposed subsidy to members of Congress, their staffs, and members of the Obama administration to buy insurance in the new system
The second measure would have kept the government open in exchange for delaying the health care law’s individual mandate and eliminating federal health care contributions for lawmakers and Capitol Hill aides.
but hairy reid throws a hissy fit and will not allow a vote
Could the righties on here explain these things for me, so I can understand your position better? I’m posting this on a fifth thread because on the prior fourI got zero answers. I didn’t think they’d be that difficult to answer.
1. Why do you want insurance companies to be able to deny coverage for pre-existing conditions?
2. Why is it bad to require insurance companies to spend at least 80% of insurance premiums on actual health care, as opposed to executive salaries and bonuses?
3. Why is it bad for dependents to be able to stay on their parents’ policy until age 26, instead of making them get more expensive care at a younger age?
4. Why do you like lifetime insurance caps?
5. Why is it better to have millions of people uninsured who then use emergency rooms for routine care, costing far more?
Thanks in advance for explaining these things, so we can understand why you hate Obamacare so much.
Funny and sad:http://dailycaller.com/2013/10/01/whats-the-difference-between-obamacare-and-the-affordable-care-act-video/People on the street asked about Obamacare vs the Affordable Care Act. As a sign of how successful the Republicans have been with spreading their lies, all these people hate Obamacare but love the ACA.

Looks like an abusive relationship. If the Grand Opposition Party can’t have their way, then it will punish you.
