I think they need to go on a vacation soon, without the kids. I suggest to an Adult resort in Jamaica or Mexico.

Writing Comics is like writing the never ending story.. readers look into the windows each day for a moment……sometimes we are moving relationships forward…sometimes it’s a quick sight gag….sometimes it’s a theme week…but there are only a couple frames each day as a writer to work with….so, each storyline takes time…Lots of things in development…..Fritzi and Phil….Sluggo and his uncles…….plenty of good ol’ NANCY type crazy and fun gags….AND a surprise Halloween visitor from the distant past……thanks for reading!

Do what you do Guy, the pleasure is all ours. I enjoy the strip very much, and if I miss a day or so, I go back to see what I missed. Thank You for all the work you do on Nancy. It is a great strip! Don’t let anyone tell you less!

The fact he understood means Phil is getting used to woman logic, which can make any male head swim.

Either marry him or tell him to find somebody else. If you don’t and you just lead him on, then you will be alone for the rest of your life and it will drive a wedge between Nancy and Sluggo. What will you do?

Personally, I like the fact that “Nancy” now has a continuing story line. My attention span can handle it. Thanks for making “Nancy” a comic strip I enjoy reading, Guy.

I’d like to know what happened to Nancy’s parents, now that we know about Sluggo’s past. This might have been dealt with years and years ago, but the story isn’t fresh. Is Fritzi her mom’s or dad’s sister? Are they alive? I’ve loved this strip since I was a kid – Nancy and Sluggo and the other kids look exactly the same, and so does Phil for the most part. Fritzi has changed a lot – her appearance in the 50s, 60s and 70s was rather scary – she seemed so stern and mostly angry – not like the carefree flapper girl she used to me. Now she’s gotten that beauty back. She does look as if she could be a sister to Veronica Lodge from Archie Comics – now wouldn’t THAT be a hoot if that turned out to be the case! Only problem is – if either Fritzi or Phil adopted Sluggo and they married – then Sluggo and Nancy would technically be siblings and there could be no romance between them if they ever aged. Guy, you’re doing a GREAT job! Next – a feature film! Live action, not animated.

Another weird thing – on Wikipedia it says Fritzi is supposed to be in her late 50’s. If so, she sure is gorgeous! I think she’s in her late 30’s, as is Phil. Which is it?
