A second language is taught due to being so close to other countries, it would be dumb not to. So its not unique there. Also regarding toilets they are suppressing the male population by making them sit to pee – public toilets are installed with a system that, loudly, informs if you don’t want to sit instead. :)
More fuel efficient cars? No, the best thing is driving the autobahn with no speed limit (although while watching your mirror for that Audi zipping up behind you at 220 mph…)
