If they did that I’d be obliged to treat them just as I do all the mailing labels and such that come in the mail. I certainly would not encourage them by giving them anything (unless it is a charity I would otherwise support). And those excessively sweet cookies are horrid! Notepads and calendars large enough to schedule things on are the only things useful.

Legally it doesn’t work that way. If you receive something you didn’t order and didn’t pay for, it’s yours to do with as you please.
