The bosses idea is that if all employees learn to recognize harassment they’ll put a stop to it before it gets too far. But not everyone appreciates the idea of policing their coworkers.
I’ve been through so many harassment courses over the last 30 years, and they’ve all said exactly the same thing, that I’ve warned more than one person that if I get subjected to another redundant sexual harassment class, and it asks for an evaluation, I’ll say, “I’ve been in these sexual harassment classes again and again and again for more than 30 years, and I haven’t learned any newer, better, or more effective ways to harass someone sexually than I knew before; SO STOP WASTING MY TIME!!! I’VE HEARD IT ALL BEFORE!!!”
