While I don’t agree with some of Obama’s actions, it IS truly amazing right wingnuts like Payne have completely forgotten the impact of “signing statements” and other outrageous actions from W and Cheney, the “unitary Presidency” folks!! (And welcome to Iraq!)

It’s not illegal, postponing a rule because the regulations aren’t in place is done all the time by all presidents. George Will said that it’s worse than what Nixon did. Which, by the way, it isn’t.
