I’m no fan of the Muslim Brotherhood, but this far deeper. Aside from it being the Muslim Brotherhood that was attacked, not the attacker, the problem is the military. And they have had a hold on power since before Mubarak. The president can do what the military says, and survive, or try to go his own way and be ousted. From what I can see, doesn’t really look like it matters who occupies the presidency.

Or… he could be trying to stop the slaughter of people. 525 killed in a single day by your own military, regardless of political affiliation, is a tragedy.

I’m not saying I didn’t mind it. I’m saying that I may dislike Obama as much as the next conservative, we should at least try to be as impartial as possible. Otherwise it comes across as a bash fest.

Egypt has been conquered by foreigners since the Assyrians…down through the Greeks and then the Romans. In the days of Jesus….about 30 A.D. Christianity was adopted by many Egyptians. By 642 A.D. the Arabs conquered Egypt and forced Islam on the population.-The current military are trying to prevent the Muslim Brotherhood from transforming a Republic into a restored Ottoman Caliphate! Most Egyptians do not want Sha’ria Law and to be “cleansed” of all other faiths in God. Today under cover of the pro-Morsi riots, a systematic destruction of Coptic, Catholic and Protestant churches and people is going on. Every vestige, including Christian bookstores, are being burned and destroyed. Morsi is an all-out Jihadist of the most radical type. Israel will be #1 target if Morsi regains power…..the entire Mideast is threatened and not all Arabs want a strict Islamic Caliphate……Syria and the Saudis and all others are targets for takeovers by a fundamentalist religious intolerant dictatorship.

David said, about 14 hours ago @Wraithkin “It’s a difficult position for our country. The military and Mubarists are equivalent to the right wing death squads we suppoerted in central America but the Muslim Brotherhood is al Queda in drag..”-Do you not know that the Muslim Brotherhood is the Parent to all Islamic terrorist groups…Al Qaeda, Hamas, Hezbollah…whatever name they choose….any differences between various groups is the speed to proceed….slow, as MB under Mubarak in Egypt, or fast, as Al Qaeda and its offshoots busy today around the world.-All have the goal to die for Allah in completing the restoration and global expansion of the Ottoman Caliphate.-Obama chose the wrong side in this Satanic War that we must defend against. He is defending the Muslim Brotherhood even after a year of Morsi dismantling the secular government that protected non-Muslims.

Inquisition! Protestant Reformation! From Joshua to ETSEL and LESCHI- “peaceful” Jews with kind hearts! Right, only Islam is violent. Bah humbug! ONce again, U.S. meddling has been SO successful in restoring democracy, and of course spreading Christianity and peaceful “religious tolerance”.
