Issa’s Fast and Furious investigation came up with nothing. The Black Panthers thing happened under Bush’s guy before Holder even got there (and it was a non-issue anyway, since two guys at one polling place are nothing compared to entire legislatures blocking voting in entire states). Holder is doing a fine job, despite conservative hatred, and if they ever come up with facts, maybe the mainstream media will pay attention. But Issa has cried wolf so many times, it’s clear that it’s politics, not truth that he’s interested in.

The biggest complaint about Benghazi is that there was not enough enough security. Of the 35 US personnel based in Benghazi, 27 were CIA security, most of whom had served in elite branches of US Armed forces. There was also an annex that served as a safe house that was highly fortified and armed. In March of 2012, the State Department had moved most of its personnel to the US Embassy in Tripoli. The State Department reclassified the Benghazi location as a “Special Diplomatic Mission,” but in actuality it was now a CIA operation. It’s main task was to help in the disarming of the Islamist militias. In several articles the Benghazi operation has been referred to as a consulate but it wasn’t for the following 2 reasons:1- It did not provide consular services to Americans visiting in Benghazi or to Libyans wishing to travel to the US.2- It was not accredited by the host nation, Libya, as a consulate.People love to blame the State Department, in actuality Hillary Clinton, for something that was a CIA operation. They are more concerned about sabotaging her presidential aspirations than they are about finding out the truth. They will keep saying that there was not enough security when the Benghazi location was nothing BUT SECURITY. The Benghazi location was no larger than a small office building or a large house. How much personnel- security and otherwise can be located there? As for the cover up, how much information can revealed about a covert operation? An operation that officially did not exist?Between 1998 and 2011, U.S. diplomatic sites were subjected to 13 deadly attacks in Nairobi, Kenya; Calcutta, India; Lima, Peru; Karachi, Pakistan; Bali, Indonesia; Karachi, Pakistan; Jeddah, Saudi Arabia; Damascus, Syria; Athens, Greece; Istanbul, Turkey; Yemen; and Peshawar, Pakistan. One of these incidents occurred during the presidency of Bill Clinton, and 11 occurred during George W. Bush’s presidency. The 2012 Benghazi attack was the second deadly assault on a U.S. diplomatic facility that occurred during President Obama’s first term.-http://m.washingtonpost.com/blogs/fact-checker/post/an-alternative-explanation-for-the-benghazi-talking-points-bureaucratic-knife-fight/2013/05/10/22a8df5c-b98d-11e2-b94c-b684dda07add_blog.html-http://www.nytimes.com/2012/09/24/world/africa/attack-in-libya-was-major-blow-to-cia-efforts.html?pagewanted=all-http://thelead.blogs.cnn.com/2013/08/01/exclusive-dozens-of-cia-operatives-on-the-ground-during-benghazi-attack/
