I would like to know where this scene is shot. Tropical on either end then the center window looks out over a blizzard scene. Unstrange, indeed. Hope things are looking positive, Ed.
That’s easy. The windows are in the wrong place.
They had 2 windows, but budgeted for only one shade. The decorator hung the shade, evenly balanced between the two.
Funny! No explanation necessary. There are plenty commenters here to explain things.
