Goes to show how long ago this strip was written. What parent would leave their kid in a store alone especially at the airport.

So would I. I hope to visit the rest of Canada some day.

Vancouver is beautiful and a little expensive!

You’re right, but it’s hard to carry/protect flowers on a plane trip, and even harder for a child.

I spent my Vancouver time in a beautiful garden with a large display greenhouse – because that’s my favorite thing, and I didn’t have time for more. But I remember it as a beautiful city with friendly people.

You’d be surprised … I know I am about Toronto, and I’ve lived here 7 years now.

I have been to Victoria on a cruise ship a few years ago. It is a beautiful city with a lot of colorful history.

Very sweet. My daughter went to sleepaway camp this year for the first time, and she “bought” us all presents (with money that we paid to the camp) at the camp store. She seemed to have really thought about what she bought for us… so cute! (She got us all lip balm… LOL!)
