I wonder what “rumours” Portugal & France “heard” to think Snowden was on the flight carrying the Bolivian president, refusing the flight permission to fly through their airspace and thereby forcing the flight to land in Vienna.
I can see the Portuguese caving in to US pressure but less so the French. Hmm. Quite the telenovela, this Snowden thing.
