What a beautiful day to write poetry. What has nature inspired you to pen so far? Hoping to avoid being destroyed, missiles and death rays were quickly deployed, to once and for all render it null and void the menacing, planet killing asteroid.

Missiles and death rays and weaponry have no part of Rover’s revelry. While Red spins dark visions of anarchy, Rover’s world has much more levity!

No one was talking about “planet-killing asteroids” in the sixties, when this strip is supposed to take place. No one had even dreamed that an asteroid could have wiped out the dinosaurs back then.
