If I wasn't on summer break, I'd be really miffed it was raining. But I'm not. No siree Bob! I mean, we just had a beeeautiful week of weather. Yeah, that's right! In fact, if I was still in school, I would have been cooped up through much of it. True, but you might have learned how to spell beautiful correctly.

I hated rainy days at school when we couldn’t go out and the teacher came up with stupid games to occupy the time.

Every classroom had a cupboard full of games— snakes and ladders, checkers, parcheesi… When the bell rang twice (the “stay indoors” signal) everybody cheered!
