If you want to get rid of sphenopaletineganglioneuralgia, just warm up the roof of your mouth. No more brain freeze!

Thanks for that info. I’m going to try to work that word into a conversation and see what kind of response I get. I know it’s off topic but last night I had melted vanilla ice cream as a sauce for homemade bread pudding and it was amazing. Try it sometime.

I don’t actually get brain freeze.I HAVE gotten ‘back freeze’ where my shoulder blades attach to the spine, will get very cold from eating ice cream too quick.

That happens to me when I drink very cold water.

    It’s uncomfortable.

Touch your tongue to the palate, the very back of the roof of your mouth. Brain freeze goes away.
