I won’t go to a certain large auto service chain because I saw a car fall off the lift, twice. One was a high end classic car.
This happened to a friend of mine. Car fell off the lift. Fortunately, it didn’t land on another car. The garage made good and paid for the replacement, but it was aggravating beyond belief.
