I’m sorry, I’m having difficulty feeling sorry for Val—she was an idiot to call in sick and not send someone else for lemonade. Seriously—how badly did she need lemonade?

He should just say, “Someday – and that day may never come – I’ll call upon you to do me a service” in a real raspy voice and with sloppy diction.

She is a single mom. She could have needed to go out and get all kinds of stuff!

Forget it Dickerson!!

Once again Dickerson proves that he is aptly named. Though truth be told, he could do a lot worse than ask for booze.

This isn’t going to end well.

I’m chicken. I’d buy him the stuff.

Hopefully his favourite scotch comes in a cardboard box or plastic bottle. Wrapped in a brown paper bag. Plop it down on his desk when the boss (or other office pain in the neck) is nearby to witness it being there (but not Val putting it there)

She should have got allergy meds or something first instead of confessing to the first person she saw. Don’t they teach anything in business ethics class anymore?

Who is to say that she don’t use the pharmacy at the grocery store?

Hey, food or drugs you need. Not like she’s in a shoe store. Tell the boss you needed food.
