Puhleeeeeeze, this is just another attempt on the part of conservatives to downgrade the enforcement ability of a govt. agency. Just one more way to make sure government doesn’t work, so they can say government doesn’t work.
Is there some confusion about the word “exclusively” in the law? “Just a little” political activity (up to 49%) by an organization devoted otherwise to social/educational activity? How do you measure how much, in a Karl Rove Tea Party group? Is that a clue?
