After over 30 years I took up bicycling again. Does it ever get any easier?
Welcomed to middle age, Beardo, As a suburb dweller, my exercise includes the lawn car of a 3/4 acre lot. If I am sick and miss a week or so, the muscle aches are almost crippling.
Yes, all of the body aches would make you feel alive, Thr dead feel no physical pain.
