I find it interesting that the NRA and gun manufacturers (those warranty cards etc. giving them permanent records) can tell you who owns guns, and where they are, but the government can’t because those records have to be destroyed 24 hours after a “background check” is done.
^Yes, I DO believe in the Second Amendment, and the SCOTUS decision in DC v Heller that said that individuals DO have a right to own “arms” to defend the home, but that the government DOES have both the right, and responsibility to REGULATE who possesses those weapons outside the home. Yep, that Scalia is a real “lefty”.
