No, In fact Botox is only used for the upper face. It tends to paralyze the muscles that allow you to smile so a different process is used for the lower face.
I always think of the line from Ellie Inchanged; ‘its a combination of bat urin and oxen blood, we call it batox!’ and thats what I think of botox (and the part of christmas with the klumps when tim allen can’t eat)

I haven’t heard of botox in bazooms. Maybe she needs to detox from too much botox because it is toxic in large dosages.
