Amazing that when Bush did it to try to catch terrorists, and failed, Republicans thought it was great. Obama has used it effectively, and now it’s wrong. At least Lindsey Graham has NOT switched his position, I can’t believe I finally agree with him on anything..

I doubt it was this severe under Bush, but even if it was, doesn’t excuse him. Especially since he talked down at the practices of his predecessor.
