Yes they do, though they’ve lost most of their definition. Take apart a chicken wingtip sometime. It’s basically 2 fingers fused together. Pteradactyls and pteranadons had large fingers fused together by flexible web. They were called wings.

Actually they’re homologous to fingers. Same bones, different function.
