@Kosaka JinnaiI still use a vest at times when working, the computer room can get very chilly after an hour or so, and you can go to a meeting without having to slip on a sports jacket to keep the suits happy. It is considered a form of business dress on the lower side without the jacket. Sometimes I elect to wear my (plain) leather motorcycle vest to stay warm in the computer room, which is less accepted during meetings.
In what may be Roy’s first appearance, in the 11th panel in the archives, he’s in a red shirt with a tan vest. But the theme is already there. Andre sometimes drew him with head stubble.
When I started reading WD on the old comics.com site, there were bios of the characters, and Roy’s said he rode a Harley. Guess it must be his biker vest.
I used to buy DVDs – then I discovered iTunes has movies, and now I’m addicted to downloading them for my Media Server. Since I’m just too lazy to rip DVDs, this is SO much easier, faster, and I don’t have to store the DVDs any more!
