^Do folks realized that the vast majority of police never fire their weapons in the line of duty, except for qualification and training? Most in fact never draw the weapon unless “mandated” by felony arrest “procedure” in a department.
How many civilians will be trained, or “qualified” under laws such as this, or even NRA “guidelines”?

Most cops never shoot anyone, and yes SWAT is called out in “special situations” which is why it’s called “SPECiAL Weapons And Tactics”.
