Did you folks see the poll where almost 50% believe that Saddam Hussein and Osama bin Ladin were buddies? How about the one where almost 50% thought that there were WMD in Iraq?
We have far too many citizens unwilling to learn or think for themselves. This is the danger of having “news” organizations that go out of their way to misinform.
Not altogether true. Expansion of Medicaid is funded 100% by the feds for I think 3 years, then the funding is reduced to 80%. It never becomes unfunded.
I’m sure you understand the law as well as “news” outlets will allow you to do so. Even people who truly want to research cannot be guaranteed to find the right answers.
It’s hard to know what is really happening if you can’t trust your news sources, regardless of subject. Truly unfortunate.

Record corporate profits. Record stock market. Bankers who hand off risk to the government and collect rewards for failing. Dramatically increasing disparity between rich and poor. A government that’s been completely bought off by big business and no longer even pretends to be accountable to voters. More than a trillion dollars dumped into futile wars. Workers replaced by robots and cheap overseas labor.
Just add the words JOB KILLING to anything that make sense (regulation, tariffs, taxes on the wealthy) and any Republican can make themselves look like the heroes of the little guy despite facts to the contrary.
I’m with you Chillbilly. these cats bickering back and forth like whose in office makes a difference when the real villians are sitting in the fat leather chairs on Wall Street or behind their desks at Warmongers, Inc.(M.I.C.).
