Next door neighbor just retired from Columbus Public Schools, which are mired in a “change grade after the fact” scandal. She has nothing good to say about admin which allowed this to go on. The teachers had their suspicions, put no way to prove skulduggery. She also taught in an inner city school, graded on her performance. Sounds great until you realize she had up to 60% turnover some years. How can you measure anyone’s performance in that climate?

I’m sure there’s a paper I haven’t turned in. But whether I did or not, I wouldn’t travel 2000 miles to go to a reunion.
