I’m not making any more lasagna until I can eat wheat and dairy again. I am working hard on this diet and other alternate BP exercises (anything but meds) and hope to return to eating normally by next Valentine’s. Nice day to celebrate (already planning a feast). Quinoa pasta with TVP sausage is barely passible even with my own red sauce.

Nope and not a dad either. I would pity any child who had to call me dad. I never wanted my life to be constrained by raising children.
