Are antihistamines illegal in Philly? Or does Heart’s mom have some medical condition that keeps her from using them? I have allergies too…and if it comes down to it, I put up with a bit of sleepiness, and take DPH[the stuff in Benadryl], or another over the counter antihistamine. Given that Heart’s mom must be rubbing her nose raw…at very least she should go to the doctor for a prescription for antihistamines.
Re: terekShouting or otherwise, being a working single mom (not sure just what her job is), she may not have insurance and therefore no money either to go to a doctor much less pay for medicine. Even over the counter medicine can be expensive if you get what works and take it as long as you might have to for relief. Make sure of the circumstances before you judge someone and tell them what to do. Keep it up and people will start telling you “where to go”. :-)
