I will be so happy when they finally vote on this legislation and we can focus on White House parties, extravagant vacations and other really important matters of state. Aside from everything else the cartoonists are running out of material.

I get a chuckle out of the accidental shootings at gun shows. It’s about the only happiness that comes from this crisis.

I know you will support the NRA’s positions no matter what, such as their spending thousands lobbying against a bill submitted by Marcy Kaptur several years ago which would have stopped sales of 50 caliber sniper rifles to “KNOWN TERRORISTS”.

Just where do you pretend to get your information from? Suggesting that the NRA is being visited by the grim reaper is ironic being that their membership has surged since the Sandy Hook incident. Liberals take every opportunity they can find to try to pass gun control legislation, we all know that. Try to limit America’s 2nd amendment rights and American’s will come together and defend those rights. Why do you suppose gun & ammunition sales have skyrocketed? It’s the same reason NRA membership has surged!!

Ahem. Better listen up, because I’m tired of saying this:NO ONE IS TAKING AWAY YOUR GUNSNor are you “helpless” against criminals because you lack a gun. You can still get one.If banning firearms — WHICH NO ONE IS SUGGESTING — did nothing to reduce crime, then why is the US one of the most dangerous industrialized nations in the world as far as gun injuries and deaths are concerned, whereas all those with sensible gun control have FAR lower numbers? There was one year where the UK had 10 gun deaths and we had 10,000. They have one quarter of our population, more or less, so multiply by four: 40 to 10,000.

El pendejo Harleyquinn dijo, “apples and oranges. quick tell me exactly what is an “assault weapon” and why should I be afraid of it and thank my congresswoman for banning it.”

Primero empesamos con la palabra assault: An intentional act by one person that creates an apprehension in another of an imminent harmful or offensive contact. A gun is meant to hurt or kill people. An assault rifle is meant to “assault” a large group of people.

¿Porque le tienes que tener miedo? Because if someone showed up to your job with one, your body would be filled with holes before you can say HOLY SH-.

Are you saying that Republicans are Known Terrorists? What does my post have to do with Fast and Furious, a program started under GW Bush?

..quoting from FOX news is too unFOX worthy of a thing for me to do…now..to misquote or take something out of it’s proper context would be more apropo to your argument…as for adding substance to this debate, you by making the taking away our guns the ‘focus’ of this debate instead of ‘how do we stop loose cannons from murdering more of our children, you are not debaing at all.You are only sprouting pro-NRA brainwashing…this is not a gun debate..it is a ’how do we stop trigger happy criminals from massacring ?’

Stahler: Death has become lost in your editorial cartoon; you should have placed him at the Lib-tards door who want to disarm all but criminals and crazies in order to “feel good” and prove they “care”.

Still, I guess you have your place to preserve in the plantation’s big house.

Key word there is medication. If he goes off his meds and he’s in a possession of a gun, that law abiding citizen will turn into a criminal in an instant.

I have a friend who, very unfortunately, has psychotic episodes. Three times over the last six years or so, he has been involuntarily committed by his psychiatrist because the psychiatrist had judged that he was a danger to himself or others. Do you believe that he should be allowed to take his gun to the hospital?

stated: “It’s an opinion based on ignorance if you don’t know all the facts.” and “You think that because you work in psychology that you can diagnose this person from an article you read and his own psychiatrist who talks directly to him can’t?”

Can you provide his psychiatrist’s professional opinion?"Oh yeah, I forgot, you’re the “[Faux news shill.] ”You just make up stuff to fit YOUR agenda.“

Ansonia wondered: ”What SHOULD be a concern to you, but it won’t be, is how did the police know what was in his privacy-protected medical file?"

    Perhaps his psychiatrist did?
