I asked our vet if I should change flavors every once in a while, and she told me to give our cats the same food because it has the same nutrients and they like consistency. Not sure if this only applies to cats.
@lightenup, I wouldn’t ask my vet about nutritional advice. They don’t have much schooling in that department. Also it is good to switch (not just different flavors but different brands) every once in a while because every food has different nutrients that the other might not have. As for cats liking consistency, my cat would laugh at that vet! He likes to eat different stuff after a while and I have to switch or he won’t eat. :/ The dog will eat anything anytime but I still switch his food around on a rotation, it’s just better for them. Just like we eat a wide range of foods they should too. :)

The most common allery for dogs is corn. Canned food is mostly water.
