So would you consider savings for the possibility of a job loss, family emergency, medical expense excess?How about saving for retirement? For your children’s college?investing to try to improve your living standard?*I guess if people cover all the responsible expenses they have and just lavishly squander money that could be considered excess. But then again, who has the right to dictate what is excess?
^^On this Easter weekend, you would be remiss if you did not give thanks to Barack H. Obama for rescuing the stock market from the clutches of those incompetent Republicans and doubling its value.
