Shall we, as concerned citizens of countries other than of the United States of America, raise this issue and perhaps get a U.N. resolution passed to have this terrorist cell developing Weapons of Mass Destruction investigated? Oh, never-mind, I almost forgot that our countries do not have a permanent seat with veto powers on the Security Council.
