Hard to burn cereal. If you need something warm for breakfast, try Pop Tarts. I never could cook at 3 AM.

There are some excellent cereals out there. Easy and quick.
Way back when, my husband worked in outside construction. I used to get up at 3am and fix him a good breakfast and go back to bed - then the kids came along.
