    I think the mercy rule would come into play here. Of course, the other team might have made those 123 runs in the first 4 innings.

    One consolation: The opposing players have got to be worn out after rounding the bases 14 times each.

    It’s because your all-star shortstop was flying a Sopwith Camel.

    If the Astros can win their opening game against the Rangers, it seems like Charlie Brown could win one once in a while.

    Charles Schulz sent me the autographed original of this strip some 47 years ago. Collector bought it from me in 2005.

    Reminds me a bit about the 1962 Mets. When they eventually had a victory it was by the score 19-1. When told that the Mets scored 19 runs the question was, “Great! Did they win?”

    This remained a joke until a spring training game mayny years later between them and the Red Sox. The Mets went into the top of the 9th leading 19-13; they wound up losting 19-23.

    I liked Charlie Brown’s All Stars. Also, the baseball sequences in A Boy Named Charlie Brown are good as well.

    Oops, and also the Arbor Day special. I like that one because Charlie Brown is actually a little bit of a hard ass in that one.

    @Snoopy_Fan

    I had a really nice Easter… Thank you. I hope you did too.

    I loved the picture you inserted in your comment. Did you like mine?

    I hope little Snoopy wasn’t sick after eating all those Easter Eggs in the basket.

    Haha… I hope you have a pleasant week.
