Good morning VB and all! So it’s a quick getaway for the Jumbler once again. We know this won’t last…

ME! ME! I’m offended! ;-)

Well, this regrettably pretty much fulfills my suspicion of yesterday about the “safe.” Now the Jumbler has eluded Tracy, though with only a fraction of the booty (loaded into Crypto’s saddle-bags). I guess the MCU and we must await the next televised clue/taunt….

Few months back on an old “Andy Griffith Show” was an episode where the sheriff was waiting inside an old bank vault to thank and arrest a safe cracker for finally opening its massive door. The combination had been lost and vault manufacturer out of business, so another door had been added for nothing of value was stored there except files for the Mayberry Bank.

Shuld we have really expected anything LESS than this? Like tracy said, Jumbler is NOT stupid! With luck tho, maybe good ol’ Detective Catchem went outside after digging himself out of the rubble and ran into Jumbler. But that would be TOO easy! ;)

Reminds me of an andy griffith show episode about a guy breaking into the bank vault only to find they put a door in on the side when they lost the combo

Good morning everyone!!! I’m sorry but all Tracy can say is “And Then”? Dude, I know you’re getting up there in age and you’ve shown no desire to get involved in anything that requires quick thinking or physical action since shooting measles but “DUHHH” there’s an open door leading to the street directly in front of you! Please, just divert your gaze a wee bit to the left and you’ll see what I mean! LOL!!! (If pointing this out offends anyone then please accept my heartfelt apology, it wasn’t my intent to hurt anyone’s feelings!)

Looks like Lizz still thought she had a bright idea in panel #1. Sadly, it was gone by panel #2. Yet, her pose gives ME an idea…

Good call, DaJellyBelly! You knew he couldn’t be so stupid as to walk into a jail cell that quick! That was in the back of my mind, too. This is the first time in recent memory that Tracy has run into a baddie with more than an IQ of ten!

For my money, I’m thinking Jumbler will run into the alley (to make his getaway) and have a run-in with a certain Moon citizen, in the process (which will segue us readers into the next story arc).

Moon Maid or not, why didn’t the pharmacist just tell DT and Sam to run out to where the back door came out? It just goes to show that pharmacists do not make good criminal detectives.

No, it seems Gweedo has disappeared. According to his page he posted here about a half hour ago, but I’m not seeing it. http://www.gocomics.com/profiles/34583#Hope he doesn’t leave since he’s one of the voices of sanity and fun around here!

Did anyone ever think of the possibility that Gweedo removed his posts himself? I’ve done that several times myself.

….that little rascal, the Jumbler, isn’t really so bright….why would you let your ego get so big you’d actually taunt Tracy and tip him off to yourself? Sure fire guarantee Dick and Co. are gonna go all out to get you NOW!

On another front, “Moon Maid” will always be “Moon Maid” to me…..not “Mysta” or whatever……why would they start calling her that after she was dead? She never was that when she was alive….

………..if not for it being impossible due to, uh, physical maturity, it would’ve been cool if it turned out Honeymoon was the new “Moon Maid”, via split personality…..(figured we need more comments here with everyone disappearing lately, especially since this is the BEST comic going nowadays….)

I figured there was likely a door in the vault… but yeah, why isn’t Tracy running out that door and calling for some cruisers

I am so ready for the Moon Maid story. Seems like we’ve been waiting 5 years for it to get here.
