I always thought Bo and Steele were good names. Not related but cool. Wife shot those down quickly.

How about just getting rid of these two and back to the funny characters.

Sonic (Maurice) and Sally? Knuckles and Julie-Su? Antoinne and Bunnie?I’d better stop before I go really crazy and suggest Colin (Snivley) and Regina.

Also, naming your kids after characters that might be romantically linked? Kind of creepy.

How about a good old-fashioned Sarah and Francis (Frank)? Your name isn’t what makes you unique. It’s what’s inside that makes you unique.

@Thomas Scott Roberts… I am an adult female with a boy’s first name and a Polish last name. You are spot on when you say that your name can shape your self-image. It took more than eighteen years for me to grow into my name. Now, I can’t imagine having any other name.…And, no, my dad didn’t want a boy. They had two boys before I was born, and none of us are named for my dad. He said he thought it was kinda creepy.

@Night-Gaunt49… yep, I know. I have two sisters with dual-gender names (albeit from times past – we are all over 50), but mine is a boy’s name. Thankfully, my folks didn’t name me after my great-aunt, who’s nickname I now own as my given name. I’m not sure I could live up to her formidable name.
