These comments reference a sense of consensus.

Someone kept telling me his pet theory that when the world’s wealthiest people start getting together and going about things the same way, it makes the rest of us sit up and take notice. I think he’s wrong and I’m getting sick of hearing about it. I told him: “Enough already with the affluence confluence influence effluence”.
